This cake is themed after the cartoon Zigby and Friends! I made it for My Nephews first Birthday yesterday The top tier is gluten free mocha cake, the middle is Banana, and the bottom is vanilla. filled with BC with a strawberry glaze under the fondant. Everything is edible and characters (a Zebra, Monkey, Weasle, and African Guinea Fowl) and palm trees are all made from fondant. Oh and the house is RKT covered in Fondant and the roof is RI the shutters are fondant! TFL
