6" 8" & 12" covered in BC. The flowers were gumpaste and the scroll work was BC. Top tier: Double chocolate rapsberry cake with dark chocolate ganache and fresh raspberry filling. Middle tier: Maple Apple Pecan with Apple filling. Bottom tier: WASC with raspaberry filling. I have to remember for next time to buy the ribbon a shade lighter because it soaks up the oils from the icing and turns a darker shade. No one noticed but me. Isn't that how it usually goes anyway? We see all the mistakes ane everyone else just sees a beautiful cake. We are our worst critics. Thanks for looking and have a great day!
