This is my first tiered cake. I triumphed in that it didn't fall down, but what a horror to use whipped cream. I would normally frost with BC, but this was per the family's request. The cake topper I copied from other CC cakes. The bottom tier was chocolate cake with bananas/strawberries, the middle was strawberry cake with fresh strawberries and the top tier was a lemon cake with berries.
