My first topsy turvy attempt for mums 75th birthday. Bottom tier chocolate mudcake covered with ganache and fondant decorated in sugar tiles. Middle tier vanilla buttercake with buttercream and fondant. Gumpaste flowers. Top tier mudcake with ganache and fondant. Gelatin flowers and butterflies (which cant be seen sorry about the poor photo). Fondant hand painted. Fondant balls between layers. Mum is a red hatter.
