I made this for my sister's birthday this year, she's a HUGE Monkees fan! Got the autographed Davy Jones picture hanging in her room, original records, etc... I used a guitar shaped pan to bake the chocolate cake, filled it with choco chip cookie dough filling, and covered with chocolate buttercream. I piped the name and 18 with melted chocolate chips, and piped the logo with white chocolate. Kinda time consuming, but the reaction was worth it! :D
