This was my latest order. My chiropractor wanted to get a cake with coconut pecan icing, but didn't really have a preference as to the decorations, only that it be "manly", since it was for her father! She mentioned that he liked WWII stuff, so I went with an M24 light tank made of modeling chocolate for the topper. (Mostly because the barrel was shorter, hence, easier to make) :D I piped the letters out of chocolate, and put little tracks behind the tank to look like it was rolling across the cake!
