This for for my cousins 21st B-Day party, Her there was "Queen for a Night". The crown was made for Royal Icing a week earlier. The bottom layer was made from Buttercream crusting icing with fondant decorations. The top layer was carved, then buttercream and a layer of fondant. A really fun cake to make.
