Oh! love these. I saw some at a Jimmy Buffett concert last month. Nillla wafters with royal icing or buttercream details??

Sorry for not replying sooner ladies... I've been on vacation... The "buns" are Vanilla Wafers... the inside cookies (burgers) are Keebler Grasshoppers... they are held together by yellow chocolate melts (put on the corners to look like cheese)... red chocolate melts to be ketchup... and I dyed coconut flakes green to look like lettuce! No Bake... so easy but time consuming
