Okay, I'm a HUGE Denver Bronco's fan...this cake had to happen sooner or later. I used a half of the Wilton ball pan to make this small cake. Just trying things out to see if I could even make one. Cake is triple chocolate with buttercream filling and covered in marshmallow fondant. The bill of the cap is made out of gum paste. Logo on front is printed out, but I hand-painted the one on the back.
