I made this for my niece's birthday... she loves sushi so I wanted to surprise her with this! She loved it! The sushi and bamboo border are all MMF, the rice is white jimmies mixed into my BC over a piece of cupcake. A gal at my cake store told me that one.. I owe her big time! I love that look!! The cake is her fave cinnamon kahlua with a layer of choc cake in the middle... TFL!!!
