T was a scout in the Army for 8 years and has his scout hat hanging up in our house. I decided to surprise him with a cake of it one night! The main hat is cake covered in mmf and the brim is gum paste. I didn't have my airbrush set up yet :( so the black wasn't what I wanted, gum paste is a pain to color black! It ends up looking purple..weird!
