Valerie, Regina and I all worked together on this cake. You can't see it but I used the back side of a paper towel to give the cake top the appearance of real parchment paper texture. We finally got to use our new Epson NX400 printer to create the edible photos on Frosting Paper. Regina created the swirly designs out of white chocolate.
