I made this cake for my cousin's birthday. It is chocolate cake covered with cream cheese fondant. I have been playing with fondant recipes and tried the cream cheese fondant. I loved the taste, but it is very soft and difficult to work with. My fondant was very droopy and didn't hold up well for this type of cake. I think it turned out ok, but no where near as nice as the cake by helipops from which I got the idea.
