This was to be a wedding cake. I think I put too much frosting under the fondant. It was also very hot and humid that weekend. I used Satin Ice fondant. Does anyone have experience and/or advice to share? Sadly but thankfully the wedding was cancelled! The bride just didn't bother to let us know.
