Cake is 9x13. I used approx 1.5 boxes of cake mix in 1 pan, for the base and then about 1/2 box in another pan and then cut the center rectangle out of it and placed it on top to make the rails. I added the green fondant to the base before adding the rails. Cue stick is a wooden dowel with fondant. Balls are just rolled up fondant. For the striped balls, I rolled white fondant and then added the strip of colour.
