I found the picture of my first tiered cake I did a few years ago. It was for a red hat bridal shower, and I could not think of how to do hats as I had never worked with fondant or gumpaste. I iced in buttercream and found little hats at the craft store, added ribbons and silk flowers. I did not know how to support the layers, but I put it together at the party.
