This is a cake made to look like a Lucia bun (left in the picture). Lucia bun is a bun we eat on the Siant Lucia's day december the 13th and on christmas. It's at saffron bun with raisins.

The cake is a saffron cake filled with white chocolate mousse, custerd cream and orange mousse. I made it for my daugthers day nursery. Dec-06
