Five Layer chocolate and golden butter cake with buttercream icing. I drew the VBS logo on the iced cake with a toothpick and then started mixing my icing colors. I tried a new recipe for the buttercream using egg whites. It turned out FANTASTIC! The characters on the side are buttercream also. I tried making them on wax paper, putting it in the freezer to set up, and then popping them off and placing them on the side of the cake. I am pleased. Hope you like.
