This cake was a huge pain to make. The racetrack is made of gumpaste, one piece broke as I was assembling it, then during the 1 hour ride to get it to the party another piece of the track broke and one of the trees fell off. Anyway the birthday boy loved it so that's what matters but it is frustrating when you put so much time into making a cake to have it all fall apart during the last hour. Oh well live and learn.
