Anniversary on Cake Central

This is the famous cake where the buttercream was giving me trouble. I mad 3 to 4 batches of buttercream because it wasn't coming together. The texture of the buttercream was like riccota cheese not smoot at all. Then I realize that the crisco I was using had no transfat. Well I finally gave up and tried to work with the last batch of buttercream that I had made.. Good thing this cake was for a relative. This cake is 10 and 6 inch w/ vanilla white cake and strawberry cream filling.
