10" Vanilla cake torted with strawberries. I used mmf tinted red with Americolors Super Red. I sponge painted over the whole cake with red tinted corn syrup. When the corn syrup dries it's shiny. The flowers are cherry blossom stems I purchased at supplier and painted gold with luster dust and lemon extract. The charater on the cake is Happy Birthday . I found it on the web. So I hope thats what is says. Her name didnt translate.
