I probably watched every video on Youtube related to buttercream, fondant and cake decorating. Then, one day out of nowhere...I could not think about anything else except making my own cake. It took two days (I prepared the fondant and baked the cakes on a Friday, and iced/decorated it the next day), and I am very happy with the results. It was really encouraging to see the outcome.
