Tuscany

Tuscany on Cake Central

Just love these colors. Even my house which we newly renovated are based on these colors. We made this cake just for pictorial sakes for a magazine. All flowers are edible. Should anyone wish to order edible flowers... just contact me through email.

Actually, this should've been under wedding cakes... but somehow I forgot to change the top... but guys... thanks a bunch! The magazine is called 'The Entourage'... By the way... I'm from the Philippines.

The bottom tier looks massive, as in your other tiered cake. How do you manage to roll out the fondant for such a big cake, and then be able to lift and tuck withouth tearing?? I'm afraid of anything over 12"

On this one... the first 3 tiers are assembled ahead of time... the top tier with the pillars are detachable and will be assembled at the site. We roll out fondants as big and wide up to 40" im diameter... maybe even wider than that... enough to cover a 30" dia cake. Two of our staff would help me transfer th fondant from the table on to the cake. And the use of a huge rolling pin helps a lot.
