Oh my word!!! How time consuming a difficult is it to create and put together something that looks so simple. I had no end of trouble with stress cracks in the icing when covering uneven or odd shaped cake any ideas on how to avoid this situation again would be greatly appreciated!!. The cake itself is plain sponge filled with jam and butter cream then covered in fondant. The dirt in the skip and on the floor is crushed Oreo's. I added some neon green edible glitter to give the cake some sparkle. I know it's not perfect by any means but the lady was really happy, so I suppose job done!
