This was such a fun cake! I must say even though there are many spaghetti cakes on CC, I got most of my inspiration from GraceHope. I used a sour cream pound cake, mint BC, Ferrero Rochet meatballs. For the sauce, I cooked and pureed fresh strawberries with a few tablespoons BC and a tiny bit of brown coloring. For the "herbs" in the sauce, I used crushed mint. The "parmesan cheese" is grated white chocolate. I love it!
