This was made for my son's 2nd birthday which is why the snowman is holding 2 candles. The arms are pretzel rods, and the face is made with sugar babies and an M&M. The bottom tier is rice krispy, and the top two tiers are white cake. All covered in buttercream. The hat is styrofoam covered in fondant.
