I made this cake from a duncan hines carrot cake mix. Turned out super yummy and moist. It could use some raisins and nuts though. I used my fave cream cheese frosting from this sight. This time I didn't sift the powdered sugar (lazy) so that's why the frosting isn't as smoooth. It still tasted yummy though!
