This was my first purse cake. Pink champagne cake w/ white chocolate mousse filling. Done as a surprise for a friend's bday. I was surprised how easy it went together & didn't want anything too elaborate & overwhelming for my first. Buttercream underneath, covered in MMF. Gumpaste & fondant accents. Original handle didn't dry enough & broke, therefore the "floppy" strap. I don't think you can see the stitching but it's on all the "leather" work. I love shocking people!
