Delicate Flowing Flowers

How did you make the flowers? I love them and need some guidance! Thanks!

I cut them with a basic blossom cutter and then shaped/thinned them with a ball tool....did not take major time on any of them, just gave them a quick little bit of depth with the ball tool.....I think I may have used the kind of oblong ball tool.
