This is a 9 X 13 cheese cake with a graham cracker crust, topped with fresh berries and icing. The small hint of lemon in the icing goes perfectly with the berries. This is a great summer time treat!
Icing recipe is:
1 stick butter
1/2 stick crisco
2 lb powder sugar
4-5 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
Mix in mixer until well blended. Use less water to make icing stiff.
