This cake I use the Puerto Rican Amaretto cake recipe from cake central. I spiffed it a little with amaretto syrup, chocolate ganage. My husband asked me for a 4th of July cake since he is very patriotic. It has butter cream icing and fondant with almond flavor. It also has ground almond on top. I also use my new toy! I printed on edible paper the Declaration of Independence. I hope you all like it. Happy Fourth of July
