These are great. I've been wanting to try cookies but don't know how to get the iciing smooth and shapely like you have it. Did you use thinned buttercream and how did you get it shaped? Did you just pour it on the cookies?
I used Royal icing here. Take a look at antonia74's tips on icing cookies. Her technique is excellent for both rolling out the cookies and for the icing process. She is my cookie making hero! Thanks for your feedback...
