I made thisout of white cake and whipped cream icing using a ball pan. The pins are constructed by skewering two cupcakes one inverted on top of the other and two mini cupcakes in the same arrangement for the neck. I wish I had used fondant for a more finished look, but I just threw together what I had on hand.
