This cake was a personal request for a fellow co-worker of mine at the Sheriff's Office. The cake is chocolate with buttercream frosting. The cuffs are made out of pettinice fondant painted with Sunflower Sugar Art Silver Disco Dust. The patch is freehanded also made of buttercream.
