One of my very first carved, decorated cakes. I thought "how hard can a hamburger cake be" and thought it was the wisest choice for my first. Made for our neighborhood Memorial Day celebration and turned out great. I wish I hadn't made the ketchup and mustard icing so "loopy", but other than that I'm happy with it. Bun is WASC and burger is Darn Good Chocolate Cake. Filled and frosted with BC. Cheese and lettuce are made out of Laffy Taffy. TFL
