This cake is not a beautiful cake per say, but the exxpression on its recipient's face was just amazing. From Panama, he is in the states for a few months to study English. It was his birthday and he was thousands of miles from home. You can imagine how happy he was to see his country's flag on a birthday cake for him! It was priceless!
