double barrel base and normal top tier, mud with ganach in fondant, girl was having an 18th birthday with a maquerade ball theme (so cool!!) her dress was black and her mask was black, she used these decals on her invites and when she brought her invites with her to the meeting i just had to use them!! the dress and mask are scrapbooking details, i made the toppers form craft wood, i ended up adding some diamantes to them but forgot to tak a pic!! i loved this design!!!
