For child's b-day, Darn Good Chocolate Cake, oreo filling, buttercream crumb coat and fondant. All starfish/fish/etc. are fondant, waves are piped buttercream, tail is all fondant and was the hardest part! Used the betty crocker bake'n'fill pan for the whale and it worked perfect.
