White chocolate and strawberry cheesecake swirl, with white choclate roses. Made this cake for my son n laws dad's wedding. The reception was held at a local fancy resturant and the lady from the resturant called me and wanted me to supply them with their dessert cakes. Eventhough I could not accept the offer at the time, it sure made me feel good about my work.
