Brooke also talked me into making the Groom's Cake. It was a lot easier than her cake. But here again, I was worried about the heat since it was an outdoor wedding. I was also worried about transporting the cakes but thanks to this wonderful site I got lots of good advice and the cakes made the 20 mile drive down a small county road without moving a faction of an inch. All went well and the cake was a big hit.
