I had a request from the bride for a long octagonal cake with a scoop inwards on the long front side so my husband had to make a shape to fit the 3 tins out of clay to make this shape of cake whilst it was cooking. It was decorated in pale peach sugarpaste with frills around the edges and ribbons were inserted along the top frill of each tier. The flowers matched the bride's bouquet in the peach and cream theme. The boards were iced and matching ribbon placed along the edges.
