My step daughter and I planned this cake for 6 months. I baked in VA, and the layers flew on the plane with me to SLC, UT. I assembled and decorated the cake to perfection. Then we drove up the side of the mountain and I was in tears as the layers sagged and shifted from the gravity of the drive. I was able to repair somewhat and everyone loved it, but it wasn't the same to me!
