Glamour Grad Cake on Cake Central

I made the lid of the cap from cake board. I covered it with fondant & then brushed piping gel on it & covered it with Wilton Pink Sparkling sugar. Also added pixie or disco dust to the top. Also added sprinkles to the cap & then took my fondant smoother, put parchment paper against the cake & lid & pressed it in a little. Finally remembered this technique that I've seen Michelle Bommarito do. Always love it but always forget. Always forget to use gum paste for my Funky Alphabet cutters too!
