This cake was a non-tradicional carrot cake. Make with coconut and pineapple as well as carrot. It's very tasty. Got the recipe from a website mentioned in the forums here. Icing is a cream cheese BC. Very hard to smooth but I did what I could. Design is an edible image. TFL
