I was asked to make a "clean" Louisiana coonass cake for a friend's wedding...lol ,so this is what I came up with. It's based on a cake done by fellow cc'er cmlr. Thanks for the idea. It is red velvet with creamcheese filling and icing, wafer autumn leaves, cookie dirt, fondant covered and decor, and hand painted.
