This was a cake I made for my parents anniversary. It was chocolate cake, amaretto whip cream filling, chocolate ganache frosting with poured ganache on top and allowed to drip down over the sides. I made the chocolate plaques and dipped the strawberries in Wilton dark chocolate melts
