I made this cake for a friend who earned a stripe. I wasn't happy with the outcome of the cake, I had in mind to drape a flag down the tiers, but my flag cracked and fell apart. I was almost in tears.I ended up going with plan B. which was putting stars around the cake. when our frind saw his cake it brought tears to his eyes. That made me feel proud.
