This is a double layer coconut cake w/ coconut icing & coconut filling. 9 in. round. The lady who ordered these cakes had a set of two really nice cake stands and wanted to use them as center pieces so she asked that I put some flowers on the cakes. This was my second attempt at fondant flowers and I was very happy with the way they came out.
