I made this for the the teachers & staff members at my daughter's school during Teacher's Apprec. Week. Bottom tier is yellow w/a chocolate mousse filling, covered in choc BC icing, middle tier is chocolate w/a chocolate cream cheese filling, covered in white BC icing, top tier is french vanilla w/choc cream cheese filling, covered in chocolate BC icing.
