Wedding Shower 3-D Hot Air Balloon

This is the most difficult cake I have ever done (and never would have been able to do without CC)! Bottom Tier is White Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Filling. Middle Tier is Double-Chocolate Fudge Cake with Chocolate Fudge Filling. Both are iced in Buttercream and landscape and paris silhouettes are done with frozen buttercream transfer. Top Tier (Balloon Basket) is also Double-Chocolate Fudge covered in Fondant. Bottom of Hot Air Balloon is Krispie Cake, top layer is Double-Chocolate Fudge Cake. (The couple got engaged in a Hot Air Balloon just outside of Paris, so the cake was made around that theme.)
